What You’ll Get

As well as the 3 online sessions, there are 3 short additional videos that will help you;

  1. Find & activate your pelvic floor
  2. Check to see if you have a diastasis
  3. Apply breathing techniques and pelvic floor activation into core exercises

The exercises you see in this programme are mostly diastasis friendly (meaning they won’t impact or add further stress ab separation). However, if you have (or suspect you have) diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, persistent pain, incontinence, or any medical concerns, please consult a women’s health physiotherapist, your GP, or health visitor before starting. Always seek specialist advice tailored to your individual needs.

I also offer a 30 minute online consultation with you – which we can have at any point prior to or during your course. You can ask me any questions or we can run through any queries you may have.

Who is the target audience?

  • This course is aimed at new mums who are cleared to exercise by a Health Practitioner
  • Are either 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section delivery
  • Mums who are looking to slowly and intentionally get back into fitness after child-birth
